Operator

Mentai.dev is operated by Mentai Group Ltd. References to "we", "us", and "our" mean Mentai Group Ltd as operator of the Mentai.dev platform.

Use of the platform

You may use Mentai.dev to ask questions, read answers, publish tutorials, learn from educational content, and use platform features made available to your account. You are responsible for the content you submit and for keeping your account secure.

Content and conduct

Do not submit unlawful, harmful, abusive, misleading, or infringing content. We may moderate, restrict, remove, or preserve content where needed to operate the platform, protect users, enforce quality standards, or comply with legal obligations.

Paid services

Some features may require payment or a subscription. Billing is processed by third-party payment providers. Subscription status, cancellation terms, and access to paid features may depend on successful payment processing.

Cancellation and refunds

Pro subscribers may cancel anytime. If you cancel within 14 days of your first payment, you are entitled to a full refund of that payment. Refunds beyond 14 days are not provided for partial billing periods; after cancellation, your Pro access continues until the end of the paid period.
